      Very customer focused and striving to change and improve to adjust to the current realities. C&B are good

      Cons

      There is a glass ceiling for younger talented group to take higher leadership roles which is artificially created by the current territory management to secure there jobs in the period of optimisation.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
