      Good people - strong committment - great learnings opportunities - and you are working for a really good cause - food security

      The company has gotten entrenched in its matrix structure. The internal battle is as big as the external......but I guess it is the same elsewhere

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
