HR bias treatment towards African Americans, African Americans held to a different standard, Nepotism, Lack of promoting of qualified African Americans for qualified positions at the St. Gabriel site. Not a good place for people of color to work. High turnover of African Americans due to Mistreatment. No diversity in upper management. And there is no effort to do so.
