Pros
Good salary and benefits, they even pay 100%of public transport, if travelling from the countryside. Salaries are higher then with other companies.
Cons
No overtime money, but the amount of work is insane they expect you to do. Some managers are very arrogant and rude. Can be very monotone sometimes and colleagues from abroad escalate you if you make a small mistake.
