      Learned a lot along the previous years from people that already left or were part of restructuring

      Cons

      Continuous restructuring for past 6-7 years, impacting not only Basel based people, but also across the globe and various departments, i.e. supply chain, R&D, marketing, etc

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
