      Pros

      New CEO as of three years ago has changed this company for the better. Customer and innovation focused, the pace and energy is WAY better than it was under the previous CEO.

      Cons

      Still a bit too much hierarchy. Leaders say they want to be challenged, but I still feel a thumb on me if I speak out too much.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
