      Good people, all working towards the same goal. Understanding of work/life balance

      Cons

      As with any production site, things break on the weekends and at night so you never really can be “off”. It’s not overwhelming though.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
