      Wonderful people, great environment. Everyone wanted the plant to do well even if there were differing views on how to do that.

      Cons

      Some politicking unfortunately. Unexpected late nights and after hours calls but that's normal for manufacturing.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
