      Pros

      Salaries in line with industry, benefits slightly above average, great culture and camaraderie between employees, great purpose... "Feed The World"

      Cons

      Misalignment between strategy and operations, everybody wants to talk about strategy but very few can make it happen. Probably the worst overall information system setup I have ever seen in a large company; all systems are outsourced to different companies and there is no cohesion of information flow.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
