      Syngenta has a great culture, friendly employees, and amazing benefits.

      Cons

      It is a very large company so it can be a lot when starting out to learn who does what. But once you have time to meet everyone and learn who to go to for questions, you get answers very quickly.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
