      I enjoyed my time working at Syngenta Crop Protection. It was a very pleasant work environment

      The company does not do well on the training of its employees and to much outsourcing in human resources.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
