      People, flexibility, culture, some additional benefits

      Cons

      Poor HR and management practices, not consistent: depends whether you are in or out of the group. If you are in, then there will be no limit for your growth, but if you are, don't even bother. Move out and find something else.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
