      Ability to make a difference in decisions and processes. Many interesting challenges, for both technical and soft skills requirements. Compensation and recognition are in line with being a top flight company.

      Cons

      Not a good place to be, if you want to sit around and be lazy.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
