      Fair salary in local area with good benefits, would be a good start for a new university graduate to commence his/her career

      Cons

      Strong political atmosphere in management and spread out to front line people. Lower performance in recent years compared with commitment provided by management. Poor career development potential for technical people.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
