      good work life balance, good place to work, excellent office location, favorable HR policies for employee... In general a good place to work

      Cons

      however heavily dependent on outsourcing model. and low on compensations will make you crave for jump outside otherwise its good place to be for long term

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
