Pros

Standard salary in terms of BDT money inflation.

Cons

Huge mental pressure. Impossible yearly target, 70% of the employees can't meet their yearly target which results zero sales incentive. And if you can not achieve yearly budget, you may get terminated. Reporting sales managers don't have a good attitude, they don't show much respect to their employees. And most importantly, you don't get to get any leave. Six working days in week, and sometimes you have to work in that only holiday in some cases. Worst scenario if you are in Sales department.

Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

Cons

It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
