      Historically we are treated like an adult and are trusted and this is still mostly the case

      Cons

      Due to downturn in fortunes everything is bacoming meaner and there is constant work squeezing at the work level but management still seem to be bloated

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
