Pros
Pay is great! The plant is pretty safe. There is a lot attention paid to safety standards and eliminating safety incidents.
Cons
There have been lots of changes made recently due to decreasing sales like minimal staffing and cutting overtime leading to low employee morale. But we’re expecting sales to return to normal as this is a recurring cycle.
