      Currently reducing head count by 10%. Still RTP, NC centric for most jobs even though the job could be remote.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
