      Pros

      Not much. It used to be a good company but not anymore.

      Cons

      Company is good but recently the Pune center is being treated as grinding center. Leadership looks at Pune center as if it's their right to make people work 12-14 hours. It used to be a good company. Not anymore. Hikes are delayed...bonus not guaranteed even though it's part of CTC. Its all going downhill. IT leadership is the worst.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
