      Pros

      Company has great pay and benefits. Crop Protection portfolio is industry leading. Seed business is a constantly changing.

      Cons

      Poor allocation of resources limits peoples ability to make decisions. Leadership constantly changes every 6 months, new functions are created then dismantled. Lack of accountability and winning culture hinders business.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
