      Personal development is taken seriously Peam spirits are strong Values are strong

      Cons

      Office Politics is important Sponsors are key to grow, but reorganisation became too frequents and people move out fast. Work life balance is not easy to do while growing in such company.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
