      Competitive salary compared with other companies. Good working environment- co-works are very good team players. Could have a good work-balance, leave office on time. Office time is flexible.

      Cons

      Since Taipei is a branch of Synopsys, there is no promotion opportunities to managers. Only promotion in professional ranking is possible.
