Pros
The people who work at Synopsys are some of the smartest and forward-thinking individuals in the industry. They care about their employees and have a lot to offer from a personal growth, career growth, and financial growth perspective. Chi-Foon (CEO) is awesome. Extremely smart, energetic, and innovative individual to have leading the company.
Cons
It's really a matter of preference, but it's such a large company so at times you can feel like you're just a number and dont always tangibly see how you're affecting the growth of the overall business.
