Pros
Calm and measured atmosphere; good people, stimulating work, and great benefits! The place is proof that A players aren't always cutthroat, type-A jerks. Very friendly folks, if a bit staid. It also pays very well in an industry, Electronic Design Automation, known for paying pretty well
Cons
Very conservative - "consensus driven to a fault" is almost a motto. Many have left to do their own startups in order to advance an idea that that was too "risky" - having sai that , the model seem to be successful, but it may not be for everybody, especially if you are Type-A personality!
