Pros
Top notch brand in EDA industry, Flexibility, chances of more suitable internal jobs. Good work life balance, you have unlimited options if you are willing to go out of your comfort zone.
Cons
Growth is slow, FTOs are removed last year I am not sure how ETO will work as it is giving more power to Managers. Most of the managers are mature and understanding but it may be a problem if you don't have good relation with your manager.
