Definitely one of the best EDA companies to work for in terms of the quality and nature of work involved Work is generally technically challenging and interesting
Cons
Do not ever join at a junior level... very few growth opportunities Highly dependent on the semi-conductor industry for growth. Does not go down as quickly as the Semiconductor industry, but doesn't bounce back as fast too.
