Pros
Very flexible working time. You can come company anytime you want as long as you finish your assignment. There is no pressure in office. Most of people can finish their job 3 hours a day. So there is no need to work overtime.
Cons
You can't learn anything new. The business is too stable and the growth of the company is very slow. Not a good place for anyone who has ambition.
