Pros
1. Newly furnished office. Good monitors/Good laptops provided to work (There are no complains on this thing like I faced in other companies). 2. Good Refreshment/Lunch items provided.
Cons
1. Manager designation are being given based on technical skills and hence managers ruining the Work life balance (If you work 8 hours a day, hike would be of bad quality, but good hikes if you can put 12 hours a day). 2. Bad Diversity in teams(In terms of gender and location) 3. 50% freshers gets their probation extended. 4. Work from office for 5 days.
