Pay is below average for the software industry. They are constantly pushing to get better return for every engineer they have, meaning sometimes the end up micromanaging and make you fill lots of reports of your weekly work, monthly work, commitments for next quarters, among other reports about what you were doing. Sometimes your work might get boring and stressful. They do reorganizations quite often. So when you are getting used to some way of work, then everything changes and you have to readapt.
