2yThank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad that you found our benefits to be a positive aspect of working at Synoptek. We also appreciate you sharing your concerns and will take note of them, albeit different from the feedback we recently received from this department in our quarterly engagement results.
As a company we are continually working to communicate priorities and updates throughout the organization and create opportunities for greater connections between managers and teams. We offer multiple ways for individuals to build connections and receive communication, including hosting monthly global All Hands, scheduling regular departmental meetings, and having frequent touch points between managers and employees to discuss individual contributions, learning objectives, and career goals. We have also introduced new programs this year to recognize individual and team contributions.
