      Great benefits, challenging work and mostly pleasant co-workers

      Cons

      Reprimanded and scrutinized for taking time off. Management is severely out of touch with requirements for job. Not much training provided, little room for growth. Annual raises and bonuses have diminished over recent years with little communication about why.

      Pros

      You are given a project that is usually already started and it is fun and independent work.

      Cons

      The managers show very little interest in your work and don't set requirements for what your project is supposed to be about. Took them months to clarify what they wanted done for their project. Also, they are very busy, so do not expect to get much feedback.
