7yThank you for acknowledging that Syntech is a great place to work, as well as the generous tuition reimbursement benefit offered to employees. Syntech has paid a grand total of $485,252.85 toward the cost of tuition for employees seeking to further their education!
We feel it is important to note that we do have an open door policy and we have not had any terminations this year.
