From the moment of new hire orientation on you are treated as part of the Syntech family. Great benefits, outstanding HR department, involved wellness comittee, are some of the perks of working for Syntech. It is a fmaily owned and operated company and that shows through the way they value and treat the employees.

Cons

Honestly, there are not many cons. The work flow is variable throughout the year so there are slow times and times that it is busting at the seams, Not a negative but there are periods where more production is demanded.

You are given a project that is usually already started and it is fun and independent work.

Cons

The managers show very little interest in your work and don't set requirements for what your project is supposed to be about. Took them months to clarify what they wanted done for their project. Also, they are very busy, so do not expect to get much feedback.
