Thank you for the positive acknowledgements - 1) YES, we have GREAT healthcare benefits. 2) YES, Doug Dunlap is an extremely intelligent, kind, and generous man. 3) YES, we employ awesome people (smart, honest, dependable, kind) where great friendships are formed. 4) Our Christmas party rocks!! This is yet another effort from ownership to reward employees and they go ALL OUT for us and our guests. Regarding your "Cons" - 1) Our pay is actually very competitive and employees receive annual raises and/or bonuses for which we are grateful. 2) Promotions are based on consistent high performance, positive attitude, and great work ethic regardless of age, gender, race, etc. 3) Our retention rate is above average and we receive positive comments and feedback on a daily basis from employees - not what one would expect based on your comments above about HR and "very low, overall employee morale".
