      Pros

      Syn-Tech is the Google of Tallahassee with an on-site gym, wellness activities, company picnic, great Christmas party and employees are rewarded for hard work through bonuses and merit increases. They promote within the organization, and have continued to grow steadily with very low turnover. It is also the 13th best company to work at in Florida according to the Florida Trend magazine.

      Cons

      Syn-Tech like any other company has experienced some growing pains with our increased business, so they could be better in the planning and development and vision for future technology changes.

      Pros

      You are given a project that is usually already started and it is fun and independent work.

      Cons

      The managers show very little interest in your work and don't set requirements for what your project is supposed to be about. Took them months to clarify what they wanted done for their project. Also, they are very busy, so do not expect to get much feedback.
