Pros
After working for a corporation for 27 years, I made the move to join Syntech Systems 8 years ago. The differences between the two companies that have impressed me the most throughout the years is how much the owners of Syntech have given back to the employees in benefits and their continued investment back into the company and products.
Cons
The company has grown a great deal in the years I have worked here and I would like to see more continuing education for all employees.
