Pros
1). The management is always friendly and co-operative. 2). They do provide 2 annual bonuses and ave company insurance plans. 3). Salaries are competitive to other 3rd party contracting firms. 4). You always get your salary on time.
Cons
1). Obviously direct employers could provide greater salaries compared to third party contractors. 2). They have reasonable insurance plans for employees but there is room for improvement.
