Pros
Pay and benefits are very good. The consulting aspect of the job is nice, and customers/prospects really value your good ideas and expertise. Good hybrid work and schedule flexibility. Technology for the sales reps and customers is pretty good.
Cons
Operations, management, and teamwork vary greatly depending on your location. Corporate keeps changing demands from the sales consultants that don’t seem to be paying off to equate to more sales and exceeding customer expectations for an ideal broadliner delivery partner. Work-life balance can be tough.
