Pros
The frontline employees are amazing. Work-Life Balance was good for some, not others. It really depends on the position. Working there before the pandemic was amazing and there was great leadership all the way up to corporate. That is not the case now.
Cons
After the pandemic the company lot it's vision with the change of CEO. They were fixing things that were not broken. They went away from the employees voicing needing changes to not listening at all. It is really unfortunate as it brought the morale down throughout the facility. Benefits changed to the company the CEO left from and were horrible. Holidays changed and really screwed over the warehouse and drivers. Many others have left as well due to this shift. It's not the same as it was a few years ago and it was hard to leave, but when you see something turning toxic and work-life balance is talked about, but not something practiced, it's disheartening.
