3yThank you for your feedback. Managers try to assess workloads to do the best they can to shift work priorities. We know we aren’t always perfect, but certainly we try. Our firm like many others has employees leave but our overall retention rate is at 98%. Our HR team, leadership team and c-suite take recruitment and talent very seriously and are always available to discuss. As part of off boarding – exit interview documentation is taken and feedback loops are provided to managers and leaders to ensure continuous improvement. Thank you. CI
