      Pros

      Lots of PROS: It's not an 8-5 type of job, my boss is awesome, fun atmosphere, no micro-managing, established company for over 25 years, great opportunities to make over $100K, see owners almost everyday, etc. Best place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      A con for some might be working nights and weekends, however there are many folks that work here with families.
