Pros
Working at System Pavers is truly been eye opening. I've worked for companies that I always seemed to be a number not a person. The one thing I like is that you're trained to do the job. You have flexible hours -(work your 8 hours and do you work go home on time) I believe that this is a company that will do whatever is necessary to make you succeed. The enviorment throughout the company is very friendly, welcoming, and everyone has the best interest of the company. Each department is different but Ive been working directly with each department. Everyone has been kind and informative to any question I may have. They also have a onsite state of the art Gym with a personal trainer!!! Great benefits! Great People!
Cons
Not really a "con" but the company is growing and is updating and improving systems and processes all the time.
