Thank you for taking the time to post. I want to respond to your comment that the customer is "enemy". I do not know what office you are in but that comment is very surprising. We would not be in business if we made our customers the "enemy". Our number one goal above all else is to make our customers happy. I would like to say that this company cares very much on the experience our employees are having at work. We strive to be better and want to be the best for our customers, and our employees.
