      Amazing training, designing people’s dream out door living space, great pay structure fun work environment, financially rewarding

      Cons

      Micro managing managers, long commute up to 2.5 hr drive one way, lots of constant changes in management, training and product. It can take 8 months to be paid on a job, very late work days
