Pros
I have sat here for 30 minutes and can not think of one thing that was a positive. The best thing I learned from working there was how not to do things in every aspect of paver construction.
Cons
They expect you to close 30% of the leads they give you regardless of the quality of the lead. The majority of there leads are crap and in order to keep a 30% closing rate you must self generate leads. Their prices are at a minimum 20% higher than their competitors and their quality of work is dreadful, so it is a hard sale (Just look at Yelp). There is an ongoing joke in the office that they are a revolving door for employees and it is an absolute reality. If you sale a job the management will treat you like a human, but if you don't sale for a few days or a week, they will treat you like a pariah. I don't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
