Pros

I think the product and warranty are top notch, culture in Denver office is great

Cons

Their sales training is strictly memorization with gimmicks and heavy closing pressure. While I appreciate that their methods could make a sales person (they call them design consultants) out of a neophyte, if you memorize, play word games, (use 35 Dynamic Words and get 25 tie downs "don't you agree?") use a pen, never your finger to point to an image, their lack of flexibility and allowance of individual style makes this a company that few seasoned sales professionals will enjoy.
