Pros
Working at System Pavers was truly a blessing and had given me countless opportunities to grow personally and professionally through seminars and leadership courses. The culture of the company is truly a reflection from the top. Both of the owners have easygoing personalities while still being extremely hardworking and inspiring. Egos in management are few and far between at System Pavers. Everyone is extremely friendly and humble, no matter the title. From corporate to the branch level, they really have the science down on what it means to be a team. Unlike some corporate jobs I've held, System Pavers doesn't treat you like a number; you feel valued and you can see the direct impact your work has on the company. A couple things I miss about working at System Pavers: The leadership training classes, bootcamp workouts at the gym, ping pong with co-workers and company outings.
Cons
The work load can be a bit hectic during the busy season, but it's only an indicator of a healthy company.
