Pros
I hope readers take the negative reviews on here with a grain of salt... most of them seem to be written by disgruntled marketing team members who were part of a staff reduction earlier this year. Understandable that they would be upset, but that doesn't negate the experience for the many employees who are still with the company. There are great people here, and an even better culture. Company cares for you like family. Open door policy all the way to the CEO's level. Support from everyone, and ample opportunities for growth and success.
Cons
Return to office, but many companies are now requiring this so it's not unique to System Soft. Hope management will budge on giving hybrid work. Lack of 401k matching but free health and dental insurance somewhat makes up for that.
