Pros

Nice and hard-working colleagues, work from home

Cons

Crapy time registration policy - there are meetings presenting our benefits without time registration task, so you should join them as a hobby, in your spare time, a lot of processes that sometimes don't do anything but to burden us. Career path only for some persons (nepotism policy).

Very knowledgeable engineers with great scientific application and experience. ISO-13485 certified and using a very sophisticated electronic Quality Managment System. Experts in Extrusion and Molding for medical devices.

Cons

Small company but lots of expertise.
